Candidate Entry Requirements
There is no prescribed recommended knowledge, attainment or experience needed to gain access
to this qualification. It is recommended that potential candidates are initially assessed on entry, so
that levels of literacy, numeracy, communication skills and sector understanding can be
determined. This initial assessment should consider previous qualifications and practical
experience.
Otherwise, there are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking this qualification;
however centres must ensure that candidates have the potential and opportunity to gain evidence
for the qualification in the work place.
The Level 2 NVQ in Spectator Safety would be a natural progression on to this Level 3 NVQ.
