This NVQ covers all the practical ancillary tasks as well as generic skills and knowledge required such as health and safety, customer service and team working. It provides nationally recognised certification of competence to anyone carrying out these roles.
Course Aims
- Improve Support Services in Health Care standards
- Provide cost savings to employers as a result of increased efficiency from effective training and assessment

Course Completion
To complete this course, all
